My Favorite Things Camp Create Day 2 - Remarkable Resist

I am having such a blast at camp! Here is my project for Day 2. We had to create a project using a resist technique. Here is what I came up with.

I don't have a background stamp from MFT so I used a plaid background stamp that I have from Simon Hurley. I used Ranger Gold Embossing Powder for my embossing on my plaid panel, and added color with Distress Oxide Ink. I then used Cool Christmas to create my scene. I colored up my scene with Copics.

More to come!

My Favorite Things Camp Create Day 1 - Wonderful Watercolor

I am so excited for camp! Here is my project for Day 1. We had to create a project using watercolors. Here is what I came up with.
I used Zig Clean Clear Watercolor Markers for my ocean and sky panel. I then used Beach Buds for my adorable shark and for my sentiment. I colored up my shark with Copics. And a little bling from Queen and Company in the corners for a little sparkle!

More to come!

A Raccoon, Heart and Rainbow Sparkliness!

I am still playing. I have a lot of playing planned for the weekend, which I can't wait to show you! So check this out.
For this project I started with a Honey Bee stencil called Radiant and used the Deco Foil Transfer gel. I let it dry thoroughly. Once it was dry I ran it through my laminator with the Shattered Glass Deco Foil. I really love how this turned out.
Next, using my Misti I stamped the raccoon image and the sentiment with Momento Ink in Tuxedo Black. I colored up the raccoon with Copics. I trimmed and mounted the sentiment on some black cardstock and adhered everything with scor-tape.
Scrapsalot carries most of these products, so check them out, and while you are there, here is a code for a 10% discount on your order! Just enter JUDY10 at checkout for your discount! And if you don't see it in the shop, email Debra and she can help you with whatever you are looking for!
Stay tuned, there is lots more coming up!!!!

Go With The Flow

Sometimes you really do just need to Go With The Flow! Check out these cuties from The Ink Road Stamp Company. I just adore all the wonderful things from The Ink Road. That is probably why my wish list is so long. So, without further ado...

This project uses a stamp set from The Ink Road called Shell Yeah. I have used the assorted mermaids and some of the element features in a box card to give more depth to the scene. I have also used some of the fabulous Ink Road Bling mixes which you can see in the photo. I really love how this came out. So check out The Ink Road here! I think you will love what you find!

It's Time For Challenge #118 at Scrapy Land and it is Anything Goes!

Who is up for an Anything Goes Challenge? You need to use any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells. There are TWO WINNERS for each challenge. One will be a random winner and the other is chosen by the Design Team. Each winner will receive a generous $10 gift certificate to Scrapy Land.

Scrapy Land carries over 55 brands of dies, so chances are you have a few of the brands in your stash! You can see all the brands carried under the Products category.
Please link back to this Scrapy Land Challenge and include the link to this challenge on your blog post. It would also be extremely helpful if you would list the brands of dies used in your project. (Sometimes we can't tell if an item is a die cut or chipboard.)

And without further ado, here is my project for this challenge!
For this project I used Magical Unicorns Stamp Set and Magical Unicorn Die Set from Pink And Main  and Lawn Fawn Clouds Dies from Lawn Fawn. I colored the unicorns with Copics and used Momento Tuxedo Black to stamp the sentiment.

Now it's your turn!  You have until August 5th to upload your project to the Scrapy Land Challenge.  We love seeing everything from CAS, layouts, mixed media, planners, and anything else you can think of as long as it includes at least one brand of die that Scrapy Land sells.

Hugs,

Judy
