Autumn is...

Hi Everyone! Today I am bringing you another fun card using Hello Bluebird.

Today I am playing with the Pumpkin Time Stamp Set and Oak Tree Scene Die. I just love this cute fall fox and how easily this scene comes together!
I have colored the fox and parts of the scene with Copics as well as Distress Oxide Inks, and used Momento Tuxedo Black for my sentiment. And, of course, some bling for my fall leaves!
I do hope you like this project! You can find lots of great Hello Bluebird products at 7 Kids Crafts, so definitely check them out. Stay tuned for more!

Same Images, Same Color Palette, Two Takes!

Hi Everyone! So, Kristina Debord Hein and I are on the Polka Dot Orchard Design Team together and we decided to take the same Image Set, The Best Pumpkin from Polka Dot Orchard, which you can find here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/736166717/the-best-pumpkin-digital-stamp-set?ref=shop_home_active_2&crt=1
The Best Pumpkin Digital Stamp Set image 0
 and this color palette.

So here is what I came up with!
Now while it seems my pumpkins are orange, they are actually done in Copic markers, and solely using shades of red and shades of yellow!. Additionally my background papers are white with yellow and white with red. So the only colors that were used are those in the color palette.
So take a look at what Kristina came up with using the same palette and the same stamp set! You can find her blogpost here: https://www.kkraftology.com/2019/10/same-but-different-best-pumpkin.html
and check out Polka Dot Orchard here:https://www.etsy.com/shop/PolkaDotOrchard for this and many other adorable stamp sets!

Don't Stop Believin'

Hi Everyone! Today I am bringing you another fun card using Hello Bluebird.
Today I am playing with the Unicorn Tales Set. Todays card falls under the heading of a CAS card, but stay tuned. You will see this set again later this week in a very different project!
The unicorn and the sentiment are both from this set. I also used distress oxides to create the rainbow sunset background and colored the adorable unicorn with copics. And what unicorn doesn't need rainbow bling!!
I do hope you like this project! You can find these and other great Hello Bluebird products at 7 Kids Crafts, so definitely check them out. Stay tuned for more!

You Were Made To Soar!

Hi Everyone! I am so excited to be guest designing this week at 7 Kids Crafts! So let's get started!
I have been seeing a lot of slim line cards lately and wanted to try my hand at it. This card is 3.5 inches by 6.5 inches. I really love how it gives me a bit more room to create my scene.
I am using Maverick from Hello Bluebird Stamps along with the After The Rain Die Set. What I love about this die set is that it is so versatile! For this project I used some of the cloud pieces that are created when cutting out the die to create this scene. I have used the adorable elephant and plane from the Maverick Stamp Set as well as one of the sentiments from the set.
To bring this scene to life I used copics to color up the plane and the elephant, and Distress Oxides to create my sky.
I do hope you like this project! You can find these and other great Hello Bluebird products at 7 Kids Crafts, so definitely check them out. Stay tuned for more!
Hugs,
Judy

It's Time For Challenge #124 at Scrapy Land and it is Anything Goes!

Who is up for an Anything Goes Challenge? You need to use any brand of die that Scrapy Land sells. There will be ONE winner and they will receive a $15 Gift Certificate to go shopping at Scrapy Land.

Scrapy Land carries over 55 brands of dies, so chances are you have a few of the brands in your stash! You can see all the brands carried under the Products category.
Please link back to this Scrapy Land Challenge and include the link to this challenge on your blog post. It would also be extremely helpful if you would list the brands of dies used in your project. (Sometimes we can't tell if an item is a die cut or chipboard.)

And without further ado, here is my project for this challenge!
I started off creating my background with distress oxide inks. Next I used these adorable stamp sets from Lavinia Stamps. I stamped the image in Momento Tuxedo Black, and then created my layers using a die set from Lawn Fawn.  You can find Lawn Fawn products and Lavinia products at Scrapy Land! I then added a bit of bling to enhance the sparkly look of my night sky.

Now it's your turn!  You have until November 3rd to upload your project to the Scrapy Land Challenge.  We love seeing everything from CAS, layouts, mixed media, planners, and anything else you can think of as long as it includes at least one brand of die that Scrapy Land sells.

Hugs,
