Who Doesn't Love A Butterfly!

Hi Everyone! I hope you are all staying safe and feeling well! Today I bring you a 3D Butterfly card!
I am using Neenah Classic Crest Card Stock Solar White for my card base layer. For this project I am going with a 5 inch by 7 inch card base. I then cut my next layer out of Pop Tone Razzleberry Cardstock to 4 3/4 by 6 3/4 inches. I then cut another layer of Neenah Classic Crest Card Stock Solar White to4 1/4 by 6 1/4, and finally cut a piece of pattern paper from Crafters Companion to 4 by 6 inches.
Then using a Crafters Companion Die I cut a decorative lace layer from Silk Glitter Princess Pink Cardstock.
I then attached these layers using Scor-Tape.
Next I used a three piece die also from Crafters Companion to create my butterfly layers. I used Curious Metallic Pink Quartz Blush Cardstock for the base layer, Pop Tone Razzleberry Cardstock for the middle layer and Silk Glitter Princess Pink Cardstock for the top layer.
I then attached my layers using Scor-Tape.

I do hope you have enjoyed this project and can't wait to see what you create!

Celebrate!

Hi Everyone! I hope you are all staying safe and feeling well! Today I bring you Celebrate!
I am using Neenah Classic Crest Card Stock Solar White for my card base layer. I am scoring a sheet of * 1/2 by 11 inch cardstock at the 5 1/2 inch mark so that I can position my die slightly below the fold line to create a shaped base card. This will still have my card base in tact. I am using a die set from Crafters Companion. I have used Purple Tape from Deco Foil to hold my die in place when I run it through my die cutting machine.
Next I used the same die and cut a frame layer using the Stardream Metallic Gold Cardstock.
Next I cut out a silver circle out of Stardream Metallic Silver Cardstock. I then attached my layers using Scor-Tape. This is what it looks like.

Next I used a circle die from Queen and Company to Create a shaker element, and filled it with sequins from Catherine Pooler. Then I used a Word Die that also has a shadow layer from Crafters Companion to create my sentiment. I used a piece of Pop Tone Card Stock in Black Licorice and put a layer of Scor-Tape on the back of the Black Licorice and positioned the word "Celebrate" and followed the same procedure with the shadow layer and a circle die to create the rest of the layers I needed, and ran these through my die cutting machine. And since I had the Scor-Tape on the back I was able to attach these layers like stickers.

Finally to finish off my project I added some I Am Roses flowers to my project. I really love how this came out.

I do hope you have enjoyed this project and can't wait to see what you create!

Hugs,

Judy
