Hi All! I wanted to share with you all this fun project with the Chilly Time new digi and the Scribble Snowflake Die! OMG this release is so fun!!!!!!!

I have also used Fall Border Dies and Inside Scalloped Rectangle Dies. The background was done with Distress Oxides and the penguins were colored with Copics.
