Check Out The New Chibi Release at Scrappers Delights!!!!!

Hi Everyone!!!!! It is time for a new Chibi Release at Scrappers Delights! Check out this cutie! She is called Chibi Sucker 4 U and is new in the shop today. She is so much fun to color up! I have used Copics for her and then added some fabulous blingy flowers from Queen and Company. I really love how this turned out!
