I Wish You Were Here

Hi Everyone! Today I am playing with Iced Coffee Sparkle Blends! And this project is so perfect for right now! And Sparkle Blends is a sponsor for the Coffee Lovers Spring Summer Blog Hop! This is truly an amazing blog hop so check it out.

So take a look at my project. This project has several different elements to it. First, for my shaker I used a die set from Stamp Simply called A Cup Of Java. This die set is a perfect size for creating shakers. And the sentiment comes from the matching stamp set with the same name. Now I wanted to give the feel of a tall iced coffee, which is perfect with this Iced Coffee Sparkle Blend. So what I did was create my shaker with acetate on both sides so that the shaker felt more like a tall clearish glass.
For my background scene I used Sunflower Field Color Layering Scape from Hero Arts with Catherine Pooler Inks in Grass Skirt, Lime Rickey, Rockin Red, Tiki Torch, and Limoncello. And for my sky I used Distress Oxides in Broken China and Mustard Seed and applied with blending brushes.
To see more of the Sparkle Blends May Release as well as all of the amazing Sparkle Blends, head over to the Sparkle Blends Shop. And, take a look on the Doodles Paper Playground blog, Facebook page and in the Sparkle Blends Fan Club on Facebook to see all the fun things going on!
So what do you think of this project? I really love how it came out and can't wait to hear what you think!
Thank You for stopping by and please leave me a comment and let me know what you think!

Hugs!
Judy
